Q: I am a beginner at palette knife painting, which course or special class should I choose?

A: Courses and special classes are tagged as either Beginner, Intermediate, or Advance. As of now, all available courses/classes/tutorials are suitable for beginners or those without prior painting experience or those who may have already started painting but would like to enhance their skills more.

 

Q: How do I access the course/class contents?

A: Class contents are available either in a private Facebook group or through streamable files sent to your email after completing the purchase. Please see individual class' terms and conditions for more of these details.

 

Q: Is there a limit to the access of the classes?

A: Availability and expiry of the courses, special classes or short tutorials differ from one to another. Please see the terms and conditions of the individual product in their respective product description box.

 

Q: Do you offer trial period for the any of the classes?

A: No, we don’t offer trial periods for all the courses/classes/tutorials.

 

Q: Is there a difference between the videos in the e-course and the ones shared in social media?  

A: All the videos in the e-course or special classes are different from what is freely shared on Eumicakes Instagram or Facebook pages. All courses, special classes, and free tutorials are not sped-up meaning they have the regular speed (not timelapse), shot with a wide frame, and added with subtitles or voice over (for core lessons).

 

Q: Is your course a one-time purchase or are there recurring payments?

A: The classes are paid upfront. There are NO recurring payments associated with these products. Subscription products, however, have monthly payments billed annually.

 

Q: Why are the online classes only offered in US dollars?

A: We are trying our best to make the courses and classes accessible to more people across the globe and we all know US Dollars are widely used internationally, hence the currency choice.

 

Q: I don’t have a PayPal account, how can I pay my order?

A: You can choose the option ‘Pay with Debit/Credit card’ at checkout. It is still processed by PayPal but you don’t need an account for that but only a functional Debit or Credit card. There might be cases when some cards are not allowed to use for online purchases. Please make sure your card is enabled for online transactions.

 

Q: Do you have any other payment method aside from PayPal or Debit/Credit cards?
